We’re partnering with a well-established regional plumbing company based in the Riverina area of NSW, who are looking to add an Estimator to their growing team. This role is suited to either a junior or senior candidate with relevant qualifications and a keen eye for detail.

The business has a strong local presence, delivering a wide range of plumbing services across commercial, residential, and civil projects throughout the Riverina and Snowy Valleys regions. With decades of industry experience and a strong commitment to quality, they offer a supportive and community-focused working environment.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing plans, and contributing to tender submissions across a variety of plumbing projects. You’ll work alongside a small, dedicated team and report directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in tender documentation and submissions
• Liaise with builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Plumbing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Open to graduates, junior estimators, or senior professionals
• Overseas-qualified quantity surveyors are encouraged to apply (must have working rights)
