Now, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Metal Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Experienced Metal Roofing Estimator-Full time

As a roofing estimator, you will be joining our maintenance estimating team and will be responsible for accurately estimating the quote of roof maintenance for roof leaks, gutter cleans & repairs for metal and tile roofs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and investigate roof leaks

Prepare detailed & accurate quotes for gutter cleans, roofs repairs including labour, materials, equipments for tiles and metal roofing

Submit quotes for gutter repairs and replacement

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process

Address urgent issues on site and resolve them

Investigate safety anchors & provide quotes

Office hours are 7.am - 3.pm

· Experience as a Roofing Estimator or similar role

· Basic understanding of roofing repairs needs and replacement processes

· Experience with Servicem8 operation software (Training provided)

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a friendly and professional approach.

· Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to support team needs.
