About the role

Join the marketing team at Skyring Asset Management as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this full-time role based in Milton, Queensland, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital channels—especially social media, SEO, and SEM—by producing engaging content, running paid campaigns, and leveraging data to deliver tangible business results.

This position plays a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the business.

You will also have the opportunity to travel nationally

What you'll be doing

Manage the company's social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar

Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and strategy

Collaborate with the external marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates

Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media marketing role

Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience analytics, and content performance metrics

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative and working independently

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
