Join the Team at Adventure Moto – Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO / Paid Ads / Social Media)

Adventure Moto is on the hunt for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to help us drive growth, reach new riders and boost our online presence. Based in-office 4 days a week with 1 day remote, you’ll work alongside a passionate team that lives and breathes motorcycles and adventure.

If you’re a strategic thinker who knows how to run killer Google and Meta ad campaigns, has solid SEO skills and understands how to build impact through social media, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

Google Ads & Meta Campaigns:
Plan, launch and optimise high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, leads and eCommerce conversions. You'll own the budget, testing strategy, copy and creative direction.

SEO Strategy & Implementation:
Audit and optimise our website for search visibility — from keyword research and metadata to blog content input and backlink ideas. You’ll help us rank, grow organic traffic and dominate our niche.

Content & Social Media:
Work with our in-house creative team to create engaging social content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Own the calendar, captions and tone of voice. We want our channels to feel alive and authentic.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly review ad and site analytics, preparing easy-to-understand performance reports with actionable insights. You’ll help drive smart decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Website & UX Collaboration:
Collaborate with our in-house web team on conversion-focused improvements — including landing page testing, product page optimisation and improving the customer journey.

Design Support:
Contribute to graphic design tasks such as banners, paid media assets, email headers, and social tiles. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Suite is a must.

Email Campaign Input:
While we’re not after a CRM specialist, you’ll occasionally assist with promotional campaign ideas and email content that aligns with broader digital strategy.

Market & Competitor Insights:
Stay ahead of trends in eCommerce, paid ads, SEO and keep a pulse on what’s happening in the adventure and motorcycle space globally.

Who You Are:

A digital marketing specialist with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO

Proficient with graphic design tools for ad and social media assets

Understands social content, paid vs organic strategy and how to create a consistent brand voice

Confidently managing budgets, reading analytics and adjusting campaigns based on performance

A collaborative thinker who enjoys working with designers and being apart of a collaborative team.

A proactive self-starter — you’re organised, motivated and not afraid to take the lead
