Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join the team.
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand’s content strategy, driving engagement across
multiple platforms, and supporting the Marketing Manager with high quality campaign execution. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a fast
paced, results driven clinic that values innovation, aesthetic excellence, and premium brand experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong social media and content creation skills, a flair for storytelling and visual branding, and experience in digital
marketing ideally within the beauty, wellness or healthcare space. A proactive attitude, eye for detail, and comfort working both independently and
collaboratively are essential.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, managing, and growing our presence across key social media platforms
- Planning and scheduling strategic content in line with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Capturing and editing high quality photo and video content in clinic
- Writing engaging captions, blogs, emails, and other digital content
- Assisting with website content updates via WordPress and Shopify
- Supporting campaign execution including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotions
- Monitoring audience engagement, DMs, and feedback to strengthen community relationships
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to maintain brand consistency and voice
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (beauty/wellness industry highly regarded)
- Strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and content production
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts, including paid campaign support
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a premium tone and visual sensibility
- Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, email marketing platforms, WordPress, and Shopify
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple projects
- A passion for aesthetics and an understanding of the tone, trends, and pace of the cosmetic industry
