Let’s Talk Numbers (Because We’re Not Shy):

• Up to $130,000 base salary
• $8,400 annual bonus
• $4K PD allowance
• $14,950 Super @ 11.5%
• $6K travel reimbursement (approximately)
• Total package of up to: $163,350

• Ongoing supervision, peer support, and leadership mentoring
• Connection budget for wellbeing and team building
• Lead alongside a multidisciplinary crew (OTs, Psychologists, SLPs, Social Workers)

What Your Week Could Look Like:

• Leading a PBS team across Australia while managing a reduced client caseload
• Running clinical reviews, case consults, and supervising early-career practitioners
• Driving quality and compliance in behaviour support plans
• Building team capability through mentoring, training, and coaching
• Collaborating with the National Head of Behaviour Support on strategy and innovation

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is NDIS-approved as a Specialist or Advanced PBS Practitioner
• Brings extensive PBS experience and has led a team of allied health or community clinicians
• Background in a registered Allied Health, Mental Health or Social Work profession with extensive disability experience
• Thrives in a flexible, autonomous role while keeping their team connected and supported
• Current drivers licence, and the usual NDIS checks (WWCC, NDIS Screening, etc.)
