The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to become our new Leading Physiotherapist at Pathways Physiotherapy. In this full-time role, you’ll split your time between a clinical caseload of 40–45 appointments per week, and 4–6 hours per week dedicated to leadership and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting and mentoring our therapy team through 1:1 sessions, group case reviews, inservices, and team culture days.

Leading by example—clinically, professionally, and culturally.

Make key decision about the growth of the clinic with the Leadership team — including clinical innovation & tech, team growth, new services, and long-term planning.

Running a varied musculoskeletal caseload, including Clinical Pilates and rehab groups.

Attending leadership meetings and contributing to operational decisions.

What You’ll Get

Regular 1:1 mentoring from our Clinic Director focused on leadership, business, and culture.

Leadership development support—access to external courses, tools, and resources.

$1,500 CPD allowance for ongoing clinical growth.

Base salary $100k–130k, plus commission for higher caseloads.

Flexibility to grow into the leadership role gradually, or step straight in from day one.
