About the Role

To meet the increasing demand for our dental products within Australia & New Zealand, we are seeking a highly motivated Dental Sales Representative based on the eastern seaboard of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane) that can travel interstate to cover multiple states.

With a well-established relationship with our exclusive partner Henry Schein, you will enjoy maintaining and fostering relationships with stakeholders, as well as promoting and demonstrating to dentists and dental technicians’ market leading dental products.

You will partner with Dental professionals to promote and sell Komet products throughout assigned states, increasing market share whilst developing client relationships in both the public and private sectors.

You will have the support and assistance of the Country Manager for ANZ and allied colleagues to carry out the following:

Promoting the company’s dental products to dentists and dental laboratories.

Build strong customer relationships with Henry Schein sales teams, dental practices, clinics, laboratories, universities and opinion leaders, through a consultative approach.

Organisation and realisation of product presentations and seminars.

Attend conferences, dental training forums and trade shows as required

Completion of various reports and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain up to date product knowledge through self-directed learning and proactive involvement in training and market research.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

Previous experience in promoting products/marketing activities and/or experience in the dental industry

Strong technical and clinical understanding combined with a high level of advisory skills and customer orientation

High level of computer literacy and proficiency with digital sales tools

Strong communication skills on a professional level

Ability to perform in teams

Drive to continually grow revenue across your portfolio

Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated, strategic thinking, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Tertiary qualification in business, sales, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
