We are excited to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing digital agency specialising in creative campaigns, digital marketing, and media solutions for small and medium businesses. Our client is passionate about delivering innovative strategies across social, search, and content to help their clients grow and stand out in the digital landscape.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a driven, consultative Sales Representative to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will expand the client base by identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building relationships, and tailoring solutions that deliver real results.
About The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will manage a portfolio of key clients while proactively seeking new business. You will be a trusted face of the agency, responsible for building strong, long-term relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads in the SME sector, focusing on businesses seeking digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and creative services
Conduct consultative sales calls (phone, video, and face-to-face) to understand client needs and present tailored digital solutions
Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with strategy and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to agency growth
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a driven and enthusiastic sales professional with a proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes.
Additionally, you will bring:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing, media, or a related agency environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social, content, web development)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Salary & Benefits
$80,000 to $110,000 + Super + Commissions
Uncapped Commission | OTE $150k–$300k
