About the Role
This is a remote-based, autonomous B2B sales role focused on the commercial and hospitality furniture market. You’ll be the face of NOROCK in your region—developing new business, building relationships, and closing deals with:
Interior designers
Architects
Project Management companies
Procurement Companies
Restaurant and Pub Groups
You’ll be supported with training, marketing assets, and a fantastic, proven product that makes selling easy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Australia
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and demonstrate NOROCK products to decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate activity records using CRM software (Prospect preferred)
Represent NOROCK at trade shows and industry events
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in furniture, interiors, or fit-outs
A proven track record of hitting sales targets
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
CRM proficiency (Prospect) is a bonus
