About the Role
MILEX Technology is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team in Windsor, NSW. In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, helping our clients maintain reliable and efficient IT systems. Your work will be critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective support for IT-related inquiries and technical issues

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems

Deliver both remote and on-site support as needed

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT systems and applications

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of support activities and solutions

Work closely with the broader IT team to deliver consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role

Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving

Relevant IT certifications are highly regarded
