We have a new position in our I.T. services business. The primary role is to provide onsite I.T. support, remote helpdesk support and to get involved in minor project - e.g. new servers / cloud migrations, rollout of new equipment.
The ideal applicant will have:
At least six years' experience in the I.T. industry.
Industry certification (certificate(s)/diploma/degree).
A passion for customer service.
Strong network administrative skills - especially in the M365 space.
Desktop operating system experience.
Microsoft 365 experience - installation, configure, migration, security and backup.
Microsoft Server 2016 and above experience.
Hyper-V experience / virtualisation.
Firewall, security and endpoint experience.
Strong time management and strong written/verbal communication skills.
A positive can-do attitude and a team player.
A strong desire to work in a committed group in a community-minded business.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
