At DKO, design is driven by curiosity, creativity, and connection. As we expand our multidisciplinary practice across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, we seek an enthusiastic and proactive IT Technician to support our dynamic team in our Sydney studio.

This role sits at the heart of our architectural and design operations, ensuring the technology and systems that underpin our creativity run smoothly. From providing hands-on technical support across hardware and software to managing IT helpdesk requests and maintaining our internal platforms such as SharePoint and Office 365, you’ll play a vital part in enabling the day-to-day work of our studios.

Working closely with our external Managed Service Provider (MSP), you’ll help deliver reliable, timely, and professional IT support to our team of architects, interior designers, and project leaders—across multiple locations and devices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline IT support across multiple studio locations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, networks, and peripherals

Maintain and support video conferencing, printers/plotters, and studio IT equipment

Support and administer SharePoint, Office 365, and cloud storage systems

Log, track, and manage IT service tickets

Assist in onboarding new team members, including setup and training

Liaise with vendors and MSP for escalated support and project rollouts

What You Bring

Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field

2+ years in an IT support or systems administration role

Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, SharePoint

Familiarity with design software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, Revit, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)

A proactive mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced creative environment
