MOBILE SERVICE AND SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Mobile service and support technician – NSW

We are the Australian subsidiary of a major international German manufacturer of premium engineered and Manufactured Hydraulic Materials Handling Equipment, with over 30 years of local industry experience in the market we are experiencing sustained growth, we are currently seeking a competent Mobile service and support technician to work in our NSW Territory, based in Sydney.

Attributes that will be essential for this position:

• Self starter with high level of work ethic.

• Ability to understand our extensive product range of equipment

• Working collaboratively with the materials handling industry, FLT Service and workshop staff and end user.

• Ability to problem solve

• Work collaboratively with production, design engineers, and management to ensure key objectives are met.

What do we require from you as a minimum?

• Some understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and principles.

• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.

• A proven mechanical background in the heavy equipment, forklift or automotive industry Good understanding of IT systems and Microsoft office.

• Basic understanding of hydraulic valves, circuits, hoses and fittings

• Basic 12v electrical knowledge

• Basic fabrication and welding experience

• Willingness to work collaboratively in a highly motivated team

• Experience in understanding product manuals.
