We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join one of Australia’s leading names in hydraulic hose and industrial solutions.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales role with plenty of variety. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business, nurturing existing accounts, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Whether it's on-site with clients or collaborating with internal teams, your focus is on creating long-term value.

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively identifying new business opportunities across industries.

Developing strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

Working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and service.

Preparing quotes, tenders, and proposals that align with our pricing and value offering.

Planning and managing your sales activity to maintain a strong pipeline.

Using your market knowledge to stay ahead of trends and competition.

What You Bring

We're after someone who knows their way around the industrial and hydraulic space—someone who understands not just the products, but how they solve real problems in the field.

You’ll need:

Solid experience in hydraulic hose, fittings, or industrial product sales.

A proven track record in business development or account management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The ability to work independently, manage your time well, and make things happen.

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel (including regional areas).

A practical, solutions-focused mindset.
