About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Client Service Adminstrator or Practice Manager currently working in a mortgage broker business. You'll bring your experience and knowledge from your current role, of efficient systems and processes. You will help us shape how our Lending function runs day-to-day.
You'll be responsible for ensuring files move smoothly through the pipeline, compliance is maintained, and the team has the right systems and workflows in place to support consultants and clients effectively. As well as being an efficient and hands on admistrator.
Key responsibilities include:
Lending operations function, with a focus on workflow management and file progression
Identify gaps and inefficiencies, and introduce clear processes and best practices
Guide quality and consistency of output
Coordinate with lenders, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Oversee compliance documentation and maintain accurate records
Track loan milestones and manage follow-up activity post-settlement
About You
You are currently working—or have recently worked—in a mortgage broker in an operations, loan support or practice manager role. You understand what good lending processes look like, and you’re ready to bring that knowledge into a new setting where you can have real impact.
You enjoy improving systems, mentoring others, and being the steady hand that ensures quality and momentum.
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience in a mortgage broker, ideally with some team or workflow responsibility
Strong grasp of lending operations, compliance requirements, and client file progression
The ability to document and implement improved systems and processes
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and time management
A proactive mindset and a calm, methodical approach
Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Xeppo experience highly regarded)
