The Role:
As Site Maintenance Manager, you will own the maintenance and engineering strategy across the facility. Your leadership will directly influence site reliability, safety, and performance through proactive improvement initiatives and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering team.
Champion and implement continuous improvement aligned with operational KPIs.
Design and execute robust preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Collaborate across departments to optimise plant performance and reliability.
Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and capital projects.
Drive compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Lead change management initiatives and foster team engagement.
About You:
Proven experience in a senior maintenance leadership role, ideally in paper, pulp, or process manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational transformation.
Effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
