Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) in line with strategic objectives.
Oversee the implementation and optimisation of conversion tracking, with at least 3 years of recent success using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Manage budgets effectively – monitor daily pacing, reallocate spend, and optimise for performance.
Collaborate with content, creative, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
Monitor competitor activity and digital media trends to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years’ experience managing performance-based paid media campaigns.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including:
Campaign structuring, ad set configuration, and audience segmentation
Retargeting strategies and custom audience creation
Familiarity with Meta’s learning phase and performance optimisation techniques
Management of creative testing and ad copy variations
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience implementing and managing conversion tracking, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, budget management, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and data-led campaign optimisation.
Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution modelling, and ROAS tracking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
