The Role
As the Digital Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across key social media and paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performing paid social media campaigns, ensuring key metrics such as NCPA, CPA, and ROAS align with business objectives.
- Scale media channels while maintaining profitability, testing new strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and attribution software to track, report, and optimize digital advertising performance.
- Identify and implement new media buying strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance audience reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website updates, brand messaging, and customer experience enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying with a strong focus on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
- Proven success in running high-performing paid media campaigns with measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, and attribution software, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills for ad content development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred.
