Here’s What You Won’t Be Doing:
Reporting just for the sake of reporting.
Running another generic awareness campaign.
Saying “the algorithm is weird right now” like it’s a strategy.
Here’s What You Will Be Doing:
Architecting smart, sharp paid strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.
Experimenting with formats, creatives, and audiences like a mad (data-driven) scientist.
Collaborating with creatives who don’t just want a media plan, they want a plan that pops.
Making sure the right eyeballs see our content, and the right actions follow.
Building reports that actually tell us something,m and using them to level up again (and again).
Who You Need to Be:
Not just a media buyer. A thinker. A challenger. A performance-obsessed, creative-adjacent nerd who knows how to get results without killing the idea in the process.
You:
Have 2–3+ years of experience in paid media (Meta and Google are musts. TikTok/LinkedIn = chef’s kiss.)
Can explain CTR, ROAS and CPM without sounding like a robot.
Don’t just optimise, you orchestrate.
Have thoughts. About targeting, ad fatigue, creative fatigue, and probably fatigue fatigue.
Have worked agency-side or with multiple clients, and loved (or at least survived) the chaos.
Bonus points if:
You can tell a good ad from a “meh” one and explain why it matters.
You know how to make a creative team want to work with you.

You’ll sit in our campaigns team and lead the paid media function. That means full ownership of strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, account managers, and maybe even roast the odd brief along the way.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Build: Paid media plans that don’t bore or break.
Run: Campaigns that work, and make noise.
Optimise: Based on data, instinct, and a healthy amount of caffeine.
Collaborate: With creatives, strategists and clients who don’t want basic.
Report: On what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re doing about it.
