Role
As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Facility Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of clinical care delivery, compliance, and team support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the home provides safe, person-centred, and high-quality care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Clinical governance and care planning oversight

Leading and mentoring the care and clinical team

Driving continuous improvement and compliance outcomes

Liaising with families, GPs, and allied health

Contributing to a supportive, positive workplace culture

Person
You are a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with leadership capability and a sound understanding of the aged care environment. Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented, you value team collaboration and are confident navigating accreditation, audits, and clinical risk.

What You’ll Bring

Current AHPRA registration as RN

Experience in a similar role (e.g. Clinical Manager, Care Manager)

Understanding of AN-ACC and aged care legislation

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

A commitment to resident dignity, care, and safety
