Join our client, a well-established Melbourne CBD based agency specialising in residential property sales and property management.

With over 20 years of experience they have a strong reputation. Join them as their newest property manager, save on fuel with properties all walking distance from their stunning offices in the heart of the CBD.


About The Role;

  • Monday to Friday ONLY
  • Have support at your fingertips including full administration & routine inspections support
  • Walking Distance Portfolio
  • Manage only CBD apartments
  • Portfolio size of 180 approx.

Salary up to $85K (Depending on Experience)

About You;

  • 2+ years experience managing a residential portfolio
  • Proficient in Mandarin Language
  • Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
  • Experience using a Property Management program being;Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
  • Corporate attire & presented
  • Car & Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High level of professionalism
