About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at McDonald Upton's Essendon office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and renter and residential rental provider satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Conducting routine property inspections and preparing condition reports for entry and exits

Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Negotiating lease agreements, managing renewals, and handling renter inquiries

Managing rental arrears

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and rental provider/renter regulations

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and database

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a residential property management role

Strong knowledge relevant legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residential rental providers and renters

Proficient in using property management software and digital tools

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask

A proactive and customer-focused approach to property management
