Join a Leading Commercial Property Group as a Commercial Property Administrator – South East Melbourne.
Are you a detail-driven administration professional with a passion for commercial property? An exciting opportunity awaits with a prominent and well-established commercial property group based in South East Melbourne. This full-time role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting a diverse portfolio of over 100 tenancies across retail, industrial, and commercial property assets. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, this organisation is seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to take ownership of the accounts and administration function for its Queensland portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be based in modern offices in South-Eastern suburbs, working closely with the Commercial Property Manager, Head of Commercial Property, and other key stakeholders. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial and operational management of the portfolio, with responsibilities spanning invoicing, arrears management, lease administration, and tenant support. While primarily office-based, the role includes occasional travel to Queensland (one day every second month), offering valuable exposure to on-the-ground operations and the opportunity to build strong relationships with interstate teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue rental invoices, allocate payments, and manage charge backs for commercial properties
- Monitor and manage tenant arrears, including issuing rent reviews and final statements
- Maintain accurate lease and commercial property records using Sage 300
- Coordinate electricity account connections/disconnections and assist with contractor tenders
- Provide cross-departmental support and assist with Body Corporate management
- Travel to Queensland bi-monthly to support local commercial property operations
Applicants MUST have commercial, industrial or retail property experience, and come from an accounts/property administration role that supports the Commercial Property Management function. If that's you, we'd welcome your application.
