This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to progress their career into a well rounded Property Manager position, encompassing all aspects, earning a higher base salary with the option for staff management roles in near future!

JOB DUTIES:
- Maintaining great relationship between clients and tenants
- Routines done for you!
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & calls
- Opening homes for inspections on the occasional Saturday

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Comms
- 2 Days WFH/ Week
- Laptop/Phone can look to be provided as/if required
- Parking Local to Office

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Prior experience in leasing environment or property management ideal
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Valid Drivers Licence
