About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Best Life Individual Support Services' in Nambour, Queensland. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is a full-time role within our dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our office in a courteous and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails efficiently

Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar

Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry

Maintaining a well-organised and presentable reception area/office

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

A friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
