About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Tyre and Auto Servicing' in Morningside, QLD. This full-time role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our busy auto servicing business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers as the first point of contact

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and managing customer appointments

Finalising customer invoices

Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all clients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office

A positive, friendly and professional demeanour

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
