Position
This role will be critical to delivering several strategic change management and governance initiatives over the next 12 months. You will work closely with legal counsel, finance leaders (national and global) and multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely execution of programs that will shape the future operating model of the Australian finance function.

We are seeking a confident and capable project leader with a strong foundation in finance, governance, and change delivery.
Key Responsibilities include -

• Lead the delivery of a corporate restructure, including updates to legal, board and banking frameworks.
• Oversee the development of a comprehensive governance library including finance policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Drive a full review and implementation of an updated Delegation of Authority Matrix across multiple platforms and entities.
• Coordinate and align inputs from legal counsel, finance teams, and executive stakeholders to maintain momentum and visibility across all project streams.
• Deliver clear, value-adding communication and updates across national and regional teams.

Profile

• Experience in finance-related project/change management roles, ideally with exposure to Legal, Compliance or Corporate Governance projects.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent project streams with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly across finance, legal, and operational teams.
• Sound knowledge of financial and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, IFRS).
• Experience working with ERP and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Advanced proficiency in project tools and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, using Excel and/or Power BI.
• High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
