The Opportunity:

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience in the growing disability sector. You'll develop skills in client engagement, outreach, and digital communication while contributing to meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional outbound calls to introduce our services to potential clients and stakeholders.

Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and social media with empathy and efficiency.

Assist in creating social media content to raise awareness and engagement.

Support email campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

Occasionally represent our organisation at local meetings or events (must hold a current NSW driver's licence; access to a vehicle preferred).

We're Looking For:

Exceptional communicators who can build rapport with diverse audiences.

Tech-savvy individuals with an interest in social media and digital outreach.

Proactive learners eager to grow their skills in the disability sector.

Reliable team players with strong organisational abilities.

Current NSW driver's licence (own vehicle beneficial but not essential).

Australian Citizens preferred

Strong English language skills (written and verbal) required
