Our client is a boutique residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes across Melbourne’s inner suburbs. No cookie-cutter volume stuff here we’re talking well-detailed renovations and fitouts with real design intent, and clients who actually care about quality.

The Role

You’ll be overseeing two live sites in Melbourne’s inner city:

A $2M renovation/extension

A $1.5M high-end fitout

These aren’t your average builds we’re looking for someone who’s already worked on projects of similar scope and style, who understands what “high-end” actually means on-site, and who can drive a job from start to finish without needing their hand held.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience managing high-end residential builds ($1.5M+ renos/fitouts minimum)

Strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership on-site

Great communication skills — clients, subs, architects, your team, the lot

Familiarity with BuildPass and Microsoft 365 would be ideal

Ability to manage trades, maintain timelines, and keep the standard high
