General Tax is looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team as a full-time receptionist/administrator at our Banyo office.
Duties include:
Welcoming clients and creating a warm first impression
Answering phone calls and managing general enquiries
Assisting our accounting team with various administrative tasks
Keeping the front office organised and managing appointment bookings
About the role:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay based on experience
Work with a small, supportive team with excellent staff retention
Enjoy monthly team events and a positive, inclusive workplace culture
No formal qualifications needed – we welcome those new to admin who are keen to learn and grow in the role.
The successful applicant must be available to start before the end of the financial year, with a preferred start date of 23rd June (or earlier).
