Our vibrant multidisciplinary team at Motion Health Rehab and Performance combines the expertise of physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, occupational therapy, psychology, and speech pathology – all under one roof.
We operate from a modern 601m² standalone allied health centre in Underwood, purpose-built to support both clients and clinicians. The clinic features private treatment rooms, a spacious and fully equipped rehab/gym area (available for staff use), a welcoming reception and front desk space, and ample on-site parking. The natural light, positive energy, and collaboration between skilled professionals create an environment where patients thrive—and team members love to work.
About the Role
Rumour has it... first impressions matter!
That’s why we’re on the lookout for a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week over 4 days) Administration Manager to keep our front-of-house running smoothly. You’ll be the first friendly face people meet, the calm in the chaos, and the heartbeat of our client experience.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in health admin before!
Your key responsibilities will include:
📞 Answering calls and managing patient enquiries with warmth and professionalism
📅 Booking appointments and managing diaries for our multidisciplinary team
💳 Processing payments and claims via HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA
🙋 Supporting clinicians and directors with admin tasks and daily operations
👥 Managing junior casual reception staff and supporting their development/ rostering
