This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about customer service, financial products, and building a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee in Business Finance & Insurance, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the full scope of F&I operations:

Support the presentation and delivery of finance and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs

Learn to liaise with financial institutions and insurers to prepare quotes and documentation

Assist in the preparation and processing of finance applications and contracts

Gain an understanding of aftermarket products and how to integrate them into the customer experience

Provide administrative support for financial reports, compliance records, and CRM updates

Help ensure a seamless customer experience from vehicle sale to finance delivery

Attend regular training sessions to develop your knowledge of financing, insurance, and sales support

Shadow experienced F&I managers to develop negotiation and product presentation skills

What We’re Looking For

A strong interest in automotive finance, customer service, and sales

High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism

Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable, as we work closely with Chinese customers and partners

A current Driver’s Licence is essential

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field is a plus, but not required – we value potential and attitude over credentials

Previous experience in customer-facing or finance-related roles will be looked upon favourably
