BitLOGIC is looking for a level 2-3 IT Support Engineer to help scale some key customer projects as well as supporting existing client’s needs.

About the role

We require a Level 2 ideally with previous MSP experience or multi-client facing role. With a multi-client facing role a high level of soft communication skills and can-do attitude is needed. The ability to work independently as well as work part of project team is key to this role’s success. Flexibility in daily routine, and some minor travel may be required.

General Experience Required

High level of experience with current Microsoft technologies:

Strong project management skills:

5+ years working in a cloud support/engineering:

A desire / capability to take on team leadership roles with strong organisational and multitasking abilities:

Active listener, excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy:

Sound judgement and critical thinking, with a high level of curiosity

Strong English written and oral communication skills is a must.

Minimum Technical Requirements

Current MCSE or equivalent experience

InTune experience requirement

Azure Networking, VMs and Backup experience

Windows 11 & Modern Deployment:

Windows Server 2016/2019

Azure Active Directory
