A trusted and rapidly growing IT service provider is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their talented and growing team. This role is to be responsible for providing Level 1-2 technical support to end users technologies for a variety of customers including corporations and healthcare providers such as medical centres, hospitals, and clinics.
You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance IT systems while fostering strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support and maintain network devices, including LAN, WAN, security systems, and telecom services.
- Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Perform regular maintenance and optimisation of customer IT systems.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, both remotely and on-site.
- Engage with clients to address issues, understand their needs, and provide quality recommendations.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in the IT industry, or have worked within an IT managed services provider as an IT Support Engineer, Field Support Engineer, Helpdesk or Service Desk Engineer.
- Experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 environments.
- Experience with Active Directory DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience in configuring and supporting LAN/WAN/VLAN networks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car.
Salary Package: $70K-$75K Base Salary + Superannuation
