We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2) to join a dynamic IT Support team supporting one of the most exciting sectors in the world—the music industry.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory) and general hardware (PCs, printers, laptops).
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues across multiple studio and office locations.
• Install and configure software, perform system updates, and manage hardware replacements.
• Respond to and manage support tickets via an ITIL-based system, always with a strong customer service approach.
• Work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in IT support with strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and hardware troubleshooting.
