Ensure technicians are equipped with sufficient work each day.

Provide essential administrative support to the technicians.

Manage the company inbox efficiently.

Schedule customer appointments with technicians across Sydney.

Organise and arrange parts for technicians upcoming jobs.

Build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Oversee the preventative maintenance program for commercial clients.

Finalising jobs by invoicing, sending quotes and winning jobs
