The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a support-focused role where your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. As the key coordinator of training-related administration, you’ll help ensure compliance and skills-based training runs smoothly across the business.
You’ll join a friendly, knowledgeable team that offers mentorship, support and the chance to build your skills in a broader workforce capability or learning and development setting. It’s a role where you can take pride in keeping everything on track behind the scenes and be appreciated for it.
The Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the delivery of internal and external training.
- Coordinate the annual training calendar and schedule sessions
- Manage the shared training inbox and respond to training-related queries
- Liaise with training providers and facilitators to organise courses
- Raise purchase orders and manage basic financial administration
- Maintain and update the enterprise-wide skills matrix
- Support broader team tasks under guidance from the Manager
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
The Ideal Person
You’re a reliable and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running efficiently. You may have previous experience in a training, HR, compliance or workforce support role.
You bring excellent time management, clear communication, and a can-do attitude. You’re confident using Microsoft Office, know your way around SharePoint, and ideally have experience with learning management systems. You're comfortable liaising with different teams, and bring a helpful, professional approach while enjoying being part of a team that’s focused on making a difference.
Salary / Rate
- $40/hr – $55/hr + Super
- 3 Month Labour Hire Contract
- Immediate Start on Offer
