About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Medical Administrator and Receptionist to join our team at Dr Safi Albekaa Ear Nose & Throat Specialist Pty Ltd in Deakin, ACT. This is a casual role with the potential to move into a permanent position.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and booking requests

Coordinating surgical bookings and administrative tasks

Assisting with medical administration tasks, such as filing and record-keeping

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems, experience with Medical Director, Bluechip is desirable

A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records

A passion for providing high-quality customer service and contributing to a positive patient experience
