The Role

As our Contract & Marketing Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and marketing operations — ensuring every campaign is executed flawlessly, every contract is handled with care, and every client touchpoint reflects our brand’s premium standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage sales contracts and agency agreements with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate pre-listing tasks, including Form 6 documentation, disclosure documents and key compliance checks

Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure a smooth contract-to-settlement process

Create and manage marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms

Book and coordinate professional photography, copywriting, floorplans, and signboard installations

Maintain listing data and assets in CRM (Rex) and marketing systems (e.g., Realhub, Realtair, or similar)

Support agents with open home materials, buyer reports, and follow-up communications

Uphold our brand standards in all marketing collateral and communications

About You

You’re a confident communicator and detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You understand the importance of deadlines, precision, and presentation — and love bringing order to chaos.

You’ll bring:

Prior experience in a real estate admin or marketing role (preferred)

Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and listing documentation

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms

A creative flair with a passion for premium presentation

A team-first attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
