We have a (12-Month Contract - EXT) Senior Solution Architect role available.

You will be working on the Enterprise Transformation / Modernisation Program, moving the consumer stack of Guidewire to Cloud, then moving the business value stream.

This role will form part of the consumer value stream with a focus on Retail Insurance – Home & Motor direct Insurance (Not the broker business)

The consumer value stream has a digital focus, mainly digital pricing solutioning using the Guidewire platform, React.js, Digital & Integration Technologies.

You will be responsible for technical deep dive and creating an effective solution architecture.

You will require a deep understanding of Micro Front-End and Microservices.

You also require very good knowledge of Guidewire (not just On-Prem but Cloud APIs)

In this role you will work on Compulsory 3rd Party Claims on Guidewire, Policy Administration which is still on Mainframe - so uplifting CTP to Online, building the Front End to couple with Mainframe.

You will require an understanding of different Integration and Digital Front-EndTechnologies (Exposure to being hands-on in the past)

The Front End is React.js and Node.js

Integration Platforms are MuleSoft and Azure API Manager

This role requires someone that comes from an Engineering background

Ideally you will bring Cross-Domain experience in Digital Self-Service with the ability to match customers in real-time – understanding MDM technologies to leverage real-time services.

You will work in a SAFe Agile Framework, interacting with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, BA's and Enterprise Architects.

• Understanding MDM technologies to leverage real-time services
• Cross-Domain experience in Digital Self-Service
• Hands-on Engineering background
• Ability to Deep-dive and engage with SME's
• Guidewire Claims and Policy Management Experience
• TOGAF Certified
• Trained in SAFe Agile Methodology
• Excellent Communication skills, Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Presentation Skills
• Software Engineering background (Preferred)
• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
