Overview:

Our government client is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated IT solutions across a complex enterprise environment. The role supports the organisation's mission to provide trusted, independent systems and regulatory services to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end solution architectures across business-critical systems.

Ensure technical alignment with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.

Review and guide vendor deliverables and internal designs.

Create business-readable design artefacts and documentation.

Participate in architecture governance and provide technical oversight.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in solution architecture within enterprise IT.

Expertise in cloud (Microsoft Azure), hybrid environments, and vendor management.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce, .NET, and/or Oracle technologies.

Proficient in security design, identity management, Zero Trust, and network concepts.

Skilled in UML, TOGAF, and clear stakeholder communication.

Experience guiding developers and overseeing testing phases.

Desirable:

Public sector or regulatory domain experience.

Azure certification and COTS/custom solution delivery.
