About the role

Apply now for this exciting opportunity to join the Raiders Gungahlin team as our Full-time Duty Manager.
As a Duty Manager at Raiders Gungahlin you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue and will work closely with the Floor Manager to achieve the level of service our patrons have come to expect. The Duty Managers position is a hands-on role where you will be working in all service areas of the club.

What you'll be doing

Providing leadership and direction to your team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and venue presentation

Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and responsive manner

Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing, health and safety, and other regulatory requirements

Actively contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs for the venue

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar duty manager or hospitality management role

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Competency in high pressure environments

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
