We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Night Manager to help lead the charge at Assembly: The People’s Pub – a Braddon favourite known for good vibes, great food, and even better people.

If you're a natural leader with a love for late nights and lively atmospheres, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising nightly service and keeping everything running smoothly

Supporting and motivating our awesome front-of-house crew

Coordinating with the kitchen to deliver seamless experiences

Helping with stock take and ordering

What We’re Looking For:

Hospitality experience (bar, pub, or similar)

Hands-on leadership style with a team-first attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Previous management or supervisory experience is a bonus
