About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, contributing to booking live events and creating the vibrant atmosphere that defines Fun Time Pony. You’ll be instrumental in managing staff, coordinating events and maintaining the high-energy environment our patrons love.
What You Bring to the Role
Proven experience in a similar hospitality role (fast casual, bar, or counter service)
A calm, friendly demeanor and a sense of humor under pressure
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and in a bustling environment
Valid RSA certification
A passion for evolving Canberra's late night bar scene
