Are you detail-oriented, great with people, and ready to contribute to something bigger? Harrup Park is looking for a Cash Office Attendant to support our busy operations. This is a key behind-the-scenes role where accuracy, integrity, and excellent communication make all the difference.

About the Role

This position combines financial reconciliation, administration, and customer service in a fast-paced and supportive team. Reporting to club management, your day-to-day will include:

Preparing settlement reports and reconciling cash clearance

Refilling and maintaining CRTs, Keno machines, mini cashier and ATMs

Managing till summaries and daily banking

Entering data in and maintaining financial records

Assisting members and guests with queries

Supporting compliance and WHS practices

Performing relief and support duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management skills with a focus on deadline-driven tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems

Great interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

Previous admin, club, or hospitality experience (desirable)

Understanding of AML/CTF, WHS, and gaming legislation

RSA & RSG certificates, Police Check
