SEED Engineers is a design consultant for the building services industry. Established in 2010, our team provides innovative and sustainable solutions to building projects all across Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region. We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our expanding team

We are looking for someone who can:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Reconcile bank statements and daily transactions

· Support our Office Manager with monthly invoicing

Process payroll (in the future)

Support weekly financial reporting

Various reconciliations

Monitor and follow-up on overdue debtors

Ongoing general ledger maintenance and reconciliation

Ad-hoc duties as required

About You
We're looking for someone with:

· Previous of experience in a similar role within the industry.

· Knowledge of finance processes such as accounts payable and receivable

· Strong Written and verbal communication

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Xero

· Experience with Accelo – ideal not essential
