About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at GSA Systems', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operations of our logistics facility in Tullamarine, VIC.

This full-time position is responsible for leading the small warehouse team (2) to ensure efficient warehousing operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be a key part of our dynamic Operations team, contributing to the company's overall success.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory.

Develop and implement effective warehouse management strategies to optimise space utilisation, workflow, and inventory control

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.

Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as sales, internal sales, technical support, to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse role and looking to take the next step.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using various computer systems (Email, Inventory system etc)

Thorough understanding of warehousing best practices, including inventory management, space optimisation, and process improvement

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

A forklift license would be advantageous but not essential.
