The Role
We’re on the hunt for a driven and imaginative Visual Merchandising & Sales Lead to help us grow Bloom’s reach and presence. If you have a knack for storytelling through product display and a love of leading teams, this role blends creativity with commercial smarts.

You’ll own the strategy and delivery of visual merchandising across key accounts, drive sales growth, and mentor a passionate team.

What You’ll Be Doing.

Own the Sales Strategy: Develop and implement smart plans to hit (and exceed!) revenue targets.

Lead Visual Merchandising: Design and maintain stunning in-store and online displays that reflect the Bloom brand and move product.

Grow Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with retail clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership: Support and train the merchandising crew with clear communication and regular touchpoints.

Performance Reporting: Use insights and sales data to improve strategy and make decisions with impact.

Market Analysis: Stay one step ahead by tracking trends, customer habits, and competitors to guide visual and sales strategies.

Shrinkage Management: Minimise loss with careful planning and forecasting.

Who You Are

Experienced in leading visual merchandising and/or retail sales teams (2–5 years).

Commercially savvy, with a great sense of style and customer appeal.

An excellent communicator and relationship builder.

A team leader who brings people together and sets clear direction.

Proactive, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve.

Floristry experience is a bonus, but not essential. A strong eye for design is key.

A valid driver’s license and reliable car, as you’ll be on the move visiting retail sites across Perth.
