About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Person - Assistant Manager to join the team at Allure South Sea Pearls in Broome, Western Australia. As the Senior Sales - Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the performance of our retail stores in Chinatown and Cable Beach. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising is of the highest standard

Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and cash handling

Help to identify and implement new opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar senior sales or assistant manager role, preferably in a luxury retail environment

Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and KPIs

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in high-quality pearl and diamond jewellery
